This is a beautiful one-story native sandstone building, with high ceilings. It was constructed in 1936-1937 by the WPA.
The facade faces west on Wilbor and has three sets of double-door entrances. The building is currently named "Stiewig Hall" and is used by the community for sports events, and performances.
A long walkway leading the center entrance has donated pavers, showing the names of those who supported a refurbishment of this building, to keep its high standards. Valliant is a town of about 750 residents, and there are almost that many pavers on this walkway.
