With a 'half-sized' soldier statue on either side, this 'camel'-coloured rectangular, rendered tower stands about 3.5 metres tall. It has multiple plaques for the wars that locals have been involved in.
The clocks are rather plain, being in a stainless steel round casement. There are no numbers, and the 'cardinal' number positions have a slightly thicker rectangular black 'tick' to indicate 'the hour', and 'quarter hours'. With the remaining 'five minute' ticks just slightly thinner rectangles.
The black hands are almost parallel in design, (especially the hour hand) with the minute hand having a very slightly tapered end. There is one face 'to the north', and another 'to the south' - oriented to Nicholson Street.
