This was built by the Country Road in 1973, on the Great Alpine Road, west of Bruthen.

This is 'beside' a derelict, but historic wooden trestle rail bridge. [That has a geocache near it: GCT7DC.

Just the one plaque on this bridge, and it is on the northern side, of the western end of the bridge. This is a straight concrete bridge, with concrete kerbing, and large diameter metal pipes for a guardrail. There is a shorter separate foot bridge for the Rail/Trail hikers.
