CLOUDBURST AT LITHGOW
LITHGOW, Monday.

A cloudburst occurred at Oakey Park yesterday afternoon. John Brennan (67), a retired dairy farmer, was standing on the banks of the creek when it collapsed and he fell into the water. He was carried down stream. The body has not yet been recovered.

His headstone is worded:
