Das Bürgerhaus stammt im Kern aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. An der Front mit ihrem barocken Volutengiebel befindet sich eine Nische mit Madonnenfigur vom Ende des 17./Anfang des 18. Jahrhunderts. Die Fassade wurde im 3. Drittel des 19. Jahrhunderts verändert.

Das im Bildarchiv der Österreichischen Nationalbibliothek gefundene Bild zeigt das Bürgerhaus in vergleichsweise schlechtem Zustand. Ein weiteres Bild des gleichen Fotografen wurde mit 1932 datiert. Es ist also wahrscheinlich, dass dieses Bild auch aus den 1930er Jahren stammt. Geändert hat sich in dieser Zeit einiges. Die Straße wurde asphaltiert, die Fensterläden im ersten Stock entfernt, der Baum hinter der Einfahrt gefällt usw.
