The disk was in the sidewalk northwest of the intersection of Maisonneuve and Papineau. The marker was 6.99 metres from the surviving witness sign, high on the utility pole. One might suspect building construction as the reason for the loss of the marker. In reality, the sidewalks were replaced more than ten years ago. The benchmark was not replaced. According to the géodeq database, marker HUL131 is known as 88KM331.
