Lorry Capsize At Tarlo

Leslie James Winter, 22, of The Forest was killed and his fiancee, Miss Irene Wright, of 43 Kinghorne Street, Goulburn had a remarkable escape when the lorry in which they were travelling capsized on the Taralga Road, about 13 miles from Goulburn last night.

Winter who was trapped in the crushed cabin of the lorry appeared at first to have died from suffocation, but a medical examination disclosed that his neck had been broken.
