EN The present church was largely rebuilt during the 19th century. The central nave has been elevated, flanked by lateral ships covered with lean-to roofs. From the anterior church there remains only the basement of the eastern parts and the tower. The whole building is built of sand and limestone brick. The north wall of the tower has some beds of brick, red or yellow, and stones in alternate courses. The tower-porch positioned in western facade dates from the 15th century. It was restored in 1996. It is backed by a turret of polygonal staircase which gives access to the platform from which stood an arrow of stone disappeared in 1800. The church contains some pieces of furniture from the abbey. The stained-glass windows of the choir are inscribed on historic monuments. A reliquary bust in wood and gold from the 18th century of Saint-Gilles is presented to the devotion of the faithful of the parish in the southern ship.
