This is a one-story painted brick building, with a flat roof, constructed in 1920. It is located on the corner of E. Main and N. Mill Street. The west wall is exposed brick with no window openings. The upper wall is decorated with several types of brickwork - corbelling, soldier and varied brick lays. A large frieze is formed with a border of raised brick, which are painted in a contrasting color to set them off.
The clerestory is extant, but is hidden by a striped cloth awning. The storefront has a recessed wood glazed door, with two wood-framed display windows on an angle to the left. Two large iron lantern lights are located on the brick walls of the entrance.
This building is Item 11 (Page 20) of the District nomination. It is currently occupied by Boutique Bella.
