The waymark coordinates are for the public entry door on the west side of the capitol, since GPS units do not work inside the building.

This ornate plaque is located on the ground floor. It is affixed to the wall on the back of the staircase leading from the ground floor to the first floor in the atrium.

The plaque reads as follows:
