This is a one-story brick building constructed in 1916. The description in the National Register nomination varies greatly from the building as it stands today. It is described as a terra cotta faced building with decorative multi-colored terra cotta tiles on the upper wall. It appears that tile work was painted over in white, and today, it is peeling and faded.

The building has a slightly angled storefront entrance with an off-centered single glazed door, with one display window to the right and two to the left. The clerestory is exposed. The roof is flat and there is a dentil course across the facade.

The building was vacant at the time of our visit, and appeared to be used as storage. Hopefully by the time others visit, the building will have been spruced up and re-occupied.

This building is Item 54 (Page 31) of the National Register nomination, and was placed on the Registry in 1983.
