The firehouse is a one story metal building with eight bays and an office area on the end.

City of Clifton

The Clifton Volunteer Fire Department is state of the art for a community of less than 4,000. The department is run by 25 + volunteers. These volunteers conduct business and train at least 3 days a month. They respond to calls all across Bosque County and aid other fire departments in the county.

Clifton is fortunate to have 10 operating fire vehicles, a Hazmat trailer and an Antique Fire Truck that has been completely restored and is used as a “show piece for the department.”
