The Goff home was constructed in 1901 by William I. Goff, manager of the local Anheuser-Busch Brewing Company. The home was placed on the National Register in 1988. It is currently occupied, however, the property is for sale at this time.
This is a two-story frame home built in the Colonial Revival style, with significant Queen Anne touches. The residence has a brick foundation. It has had several exterior upgrades over the years and currently is painted a colonial blue, and has fish-scale shingles on its tower. There is a cross gambrel roof, facing the east facade and the north side. The wide tower on the northeast corner houses a stairwell from the first to second floors, with windows on the second level. Windows throughout are wood-framed one-over-one hung windows.
There is a wrap-around porch on the north and east, with a small gabeled pediment across from the entrance. A large extension was added to the rear of the home between 1908 and 1913. This section has horizontal wood clapboard, and more than doubled the size of the house.
