They'll take your order right there at the counter when you come through the door, and the menu is right in front of you, up high.
Sandwiches, plates, and by-the-pound are your options, and they include brisket (chopped and sliced), pulled pork, turkey, ribs, ham, and sausage (regular or jalapeño cheese, as well as hot links). They also have hamburgers, baked potatoes, and a small kids menu. Sides include potato salad, cole slaw, pinto beans, baked beans, mac and cheese, fried corn on the cob, fries, onion rings, and twisted taters.
Those who want a "pig out" option can simply order as much food as they like, by the pound, but the three meat combo will take care of you for $15.99. Those who are dining on the cheap can get a baked potato for five bucks.
Soft drinks and the ubiquitous iced tea are available from their self-serve area, but they also have bottled water and soft drinks. If you plan to have room after your meal, they offer peach cobbler and bourbon banana pudding for dessert.
