They're both rectangular in shape, although Fred's is closer to a square than Dale's. Fred's has a fairly neat inscription, although one can see where the stone's creator began to run out of room:

The inscription on Dale's wanders a bit -- note the use of lower-case letters when compared to Fred's headstone -- but it's still fairly neat:
