Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present standard corner bears N89.2°E from [T13S R10E S35] T14S R10E S2 SC 1/4 COR, 2651' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" aluminum cap on aluminum pipe; rising 6" in a mound of stone.

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs mounted on a U-post which bears W, 53" distant. Found two western junipers and a ponderosa pine with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.
