The Italianate style Ozone Hotel built in 1881 was formerly known as Baillieu House, the building features an expansive two storey cast iron verandah and balcony on front and north side. The four storey French Renaissance style tower has a mansard roof and widow's walk.
Today the former hotel is divided into residential apartments
