The City of Pittsfield Artscape Committee has chosen the artists for the second phase of their paintbox program. The utility boxes were painted July 2017 and were unveiled on July 20, 2017 during the Third Thursday street fair.

Paul Dodds created this untilty box using a only light teal (a medium blue-green color) and white color. The background is teal and the design is created with white curved lines. Embedded in the design are many discernible faces of people, birds and fantasy figures. It is the northernmost of two painted utility boxes on this street corner.

Paul Dodds create a nearby similar design in orange an white in 2016.
