"Exploring the cosmos will soon be as easy as visiting the Rancho Mirage Library.
The Rancho Mirage City Council on Tuesday unanimously approved pursuing plans to build an observatory and planetarium at the library.
"There will be nothing like it in the Coachella Valley or even close," said City Manager Randal Bynder."
