This is a one-story red brick building with red mortar at the corner of E. Main and Mill Street SE. The roof is flat, and the upper wall has a brick panel framed with soldier bricks in groups of four, with concrete blocks at the corners and center.
The entrance is a single wood door with 2-over-6 glass panes. The large display window has multiple panes, 8-over-4. The glass has been covered from the inside with rolls of paper. The clerestory is covered with wood boarding, and there is a large sign attached reading "TEAL RIVER CROSSING", however, the building appears to be vacant. The small windows along the side of the building have been bricked in.
This is Item 52 (Page 31) on the National Register nomination.
