This is a one-story red brick building with a flat roof. The parapet is stepped, and the upper wall has a panel of basket weave brick, surrounded by a raised brick frame.

The building is almost a duplicate of the building next door at 110 W. main, which is not contributing to the District because of alterations. The entrance is deeply recessed and has double glazed doors with sidelights and transom. The half-wall display windows have bulkheads covered with Vitrolite-type glass panels, as does the entire storefront. At the base of the bulkheads, multi-colored tiles are laid, and the recessed walkway is terrazo. The clerestory area is covered with the glass panels, and has two sets of one-over-four casement windows.

The building is currently occupied by One Touch Studio, a recording studio. The building is Item 38 (Page 30) of the District nomination.
