The Bullhead Trail is 5.9 miles long. It gains 1607 feet in elevation over that distance. It is rated as a moderate hike. The hiker has a couple of options on this trail, a circle using the lower end of the Rainbow Falls Trail back to the parking area or on to Mt. LeConte using the upper end of the Rainbow Falls Trail.
