This is a very narrow, one-story brick buildin constructed in 1905. It stands between two-story buildings on either side. There is a flat roof with a parapet, and rows of corbelled brick for decoration. The clerestory is visible but is beneath a large cloth awning.

The single door entrance is recessed and flanked by half display windows. Beneath the display windows the half walls have Vitrolite-type glass panels.

The building is currently occupied as Tol's Jewelry and is Item 30 on Page 27 of the National Register nomination form.
