Saint-Dizier is a French commune located in the department of Haute-Marne and the region Grand East (Alsace-Champagne-Ardenne-Lorraine). Halfway between Paris and Strasbourg on the RN 4, Saint-Dizier is located 10 km from Lake Der, one of the largest artificial lakes in Europe.
The arms of the commune of Saint-Dizier blasonnent thus:
'Azure to a castle of three towers of silver masonry of sand, open and openwork of the field, posed on a ship hull also of silver, frank dexter canton, Gules charged with the legion d'honneur of silver, and the franc canton senestre, pale Gules and Vert of eight pieces loaded with a silver cross of war.
The shield is surmounted by the four-towered crown, and is accompanied by two branches, one of oak to dexter, the other of laurel to senestre, with below, on the silver list the motto: Regnum sustinent (they support royalty).

Saint-Dizier est une commune française située dans le département de la Haute-Marne et la région Grand Est (Alsace-Champagne-Ardenne-Lorraine). À mi-chemin entre Paris et Strasbourg sur la RN 4, Saint-Dizier est située à 10 km du lac du Der, l’un des plus grands lacs artificiels d’Europe.

'D'azur à un château de trois tours d'argent maçonné de sable, ouvert et ajouré du champ, posé sur une coque de bateau aussi d'argent, au franc canton dextre, de gueules chargé de la légion d'honneur d'argent, et au franc canton sénestre, palé de gueules et de sinople de huit pièces chargé d'une croix de guerre d'argent.
'L'écu surmonté de la couronne murale à quatre tours et accompagné de deux branches, une de chêne à dextre, l'autre de laurier à senestre, avec au-dessous, sur liston d'argent la devise : Regnum sustinent (elles soutiennent la royauté).
