Fort Walsh - Moose Jaw Trail
The trail between Fort Walsh and Moose Jaw, via the north end of Old Wives Lake, crossed at the south end of Lac Pelletier.
Probably developed much earlier by Indians and Metis, it was used in the late 19th Century by the NWMP Patrols from Fort Walsh and Eastend to Lac Pelletier and by ranchers and homesteaders.
In the immediate vicinity Norbert Pelletier filed the first homestead entry on August 14, 1886.
Piste Fort Walsh- Moose Jaw
