From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 5.4 miles to the intersection with Green Ridge Road. Turn right, then bear right onto Indian Ford Road, FR1102. Continue 4.0 miles and turn left onto FR2050. Proceed about 3.3 miles, then turn right and continue about 0.5 miles on FR2050 to the corner on the right.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 7" in a mound of stone.

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The closing corner bears E, about 360' from the centerline of FR2050. There are two U-posts. One with a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign bears E, 8'5" distant. The other with a PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign bears N, 48" distant. Found three ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides. WAYMARK WMWKTB, the standard corner, bears W, 75'1" distant [tape measurement].

Private property NW from the corner, else Deschutes National Forest land; see also survey CS#11841 filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office
