Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present quarter corner bears N1.8°W from T14S R10E S3 2 11 10 COR, 2629' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" aluminum cap on aluminum pipe; rising 7" in a mound of stone.
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There are two LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs mounted on a U-post which bears S, 53" distant. Found four ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.
