Probably the smallest clock on public display that I have ever waymarked. The building is a private house with no particularly interesting features on a side road in the village.
The clock is inscribed Paddington Station London 1854 which is the date that Isambard Kingdom Brunel's designs for the station were implemented.
The clock is in a black surround, has a white face (rather crumpled) and there are minute divisions around the edge and Roman numeral indicators all in black. Unusually the hour 4 is shown as IV rather than the more common IIII.
