St George's Presbyterian Church is a bluestone Gothic church with Hawkesbury River Freestone around the windows and was erected in 1861 to the design of Nathaniel Billing, the transepts and vestibule were added in 1908 and the tower and spire in 1936.
St George's Presbyterian Church was formed in 1861 when a group broke away from the St Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Yarra Street.
