The Panoramapark is in Bad Godesberg-Rüngsdorf on the Rhine shore.
At this point the old local border runs between the today's Bonn districts of Rüngsdorf and Plittersdorf.
A historical boundary stone from 1775 marks this local border.
The stone is marked on both sides.
The southern side carries the inscription "Runngsdorff" and the date.
The northern side carries the strongly weather-beaten inscription of the municipality of Plittersdorf.
