Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present center quarter corner bears S88.1°W from T14S R10E S7 8 1/4 COR, 2613' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 5" from a mound of stone and concrete
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?: A fence corner post bears SW from the center quarter corner, 18" distant. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals on an orange Carsonite post which bears E, 39" distant. Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.
What property is this mark defining?: Deschutes National Forest land N from the corner, else private property
