NRHP Nomination Form There is a central front bell tower with a small steeple. All the openings are lancet arched. There is a German quality in the handling of the proportions and the simplicity of the detail which is confined to limestone pilasters at the corners and limestone string courses. There is a glazed double door with double transom and stained glass fan light. The tower was added in 1889.
In 1955 the nave of the church was lengthened and transept were added. The architectural style of the addition harmonizes with the original portions of the building, but is obvious enough to maintain the integrity of the early section.
