Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present quarter corner bears S0.1°W from T14S R10E S7 8 N 1/16 COR, 1325' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" aluminum cap on aluminum pipe; rising 1" in a collar of stones
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The quarter corner is on the NW side of a fence corner. There is an ATTENTION sign mounted on a brown Carsonite post which bears NW, 17" distant. Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and ATTENTION signs on the backsides.
What property is this mark defining?:
Deschutes National Forest land NW from the corner, else private property
