In Boston, on the Moakley Bridge is this survey disk, designated CA/T 807.

The survey disk is located along Seaport Blvd, on the Evelyn Moakley Bridge, on the southeast bound side, toward the southeast end of the bridge. About three feet northwest of the disk is a small disk or nail that has "Boston Edison" stamped on it set in the same sidewalk.

The disk is made of bronze and is about 3 inches in diameter. On the top is engraved "CA/T." At the bottom is "807." In the middle is a triangle with a dot.

I couldn't find it in either the NGS database or the Massachusetts DOT Survey Control Disk database, so I have little info about it. I found it by shear luck.
