The Gothic-styled Cathedral at Sale, in the Gippsland region of Victoria has a distinctive Bell Tower on the north side of it.

The ~8 metre tall, crenelated, rectangular tower is painted a 'bone' colour over the rendering. (Probably it was also built of red bricks, like the original setting of the Cathedral.)
It has Gothic-styled louvered windows, with 3 each on the north and south sides, and further 2 each on the east and west sides. These are above a beveled 'ledge' about 4 metres up from the ground. There is an arched doorway on the southern side for entering the Tower.

"The first Bishop of Sale, James Corbett brought back from Europe French-made bells for the free-standing belfry in the cathedral grounds." So it may be that the Bell Tower was also built before 1890.
