From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 5.4 miles to the intersection with Green Ridge Road. Turn right, then bear right onto Indian Ford Road, FR1102. Proceed 4.0 miles and turn left onto FR2050. Continue about 0.4 miles, bear left onto FR2052 and continue about 1.7 miles to the intersection with Cinder Butte Road, FR2052-300. Turn left and proceed about 0.7 miles, generally WSW, to the corner. About half the distance is conveniently traveled on FR2052-300, and the rest hiked cross country through manzanita and antelope bitterbrush.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap in concrete; flush with the surface

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is in a concrete mass on the W side of a rock outcrop. Barbed wire fencing extends W and S from a tilted wire mesh rock crib, and the sixteenth corner bears N from the crib, 5'0" distant. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals on an orange Carsonite post which bears W, 8'7" distant. There is a PROPERTY BOUNDARY decal on a second orange Carsonite post which bears S, 13'6" distant. Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.
