Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present sixteenth corner bears S89.6°W from T14S R10E S8 9 1/4 COR, 3967' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe; flush with the ground in a collar of stones
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is in a fence line. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals on an orange Carsonite post which bears N, 61" distant. Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes and yellow BEARING TREE tags. The tree in the SW quadrant is on private property, behind a barbed wire fence.
