Fannie was born on 19 January 1898. She married Charles F. Meadows (1902-1983) who was 4 years her junior.

When Charles passed away on 20 January 1983, he was over 80 years old, and Fannie had just turned 85 years old the day before. She continued on another 15 years, passing away on 6 December 1998, just a month short of 101 years old. She is buried next to her husband.
