Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present center quarter corner bears S89.8°W from T14S R10E S8 9 1/4 COR, 2628' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 5" in a collar of stones

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There is an orange Carsonite post which bears N, 44" distant. Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.


What property is this mark defining?:
Deschutes National Forest all around
