From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 5.4 miles to the intersection with Green Ridge Road. Turn right, then bear right onto Indian Ford Road, FR1102. Proceed 4.0 miles and turn left onto FR2050. Continue about 0.4 miles, bear left onto FR2052 and continue about 1.8 miles [going 0.1 miles past the intersection with Cinder Butte Road, FR2052-300] to the corner on the left.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 7" in a collar of stone

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The quarter corner is about 840' W from the centerline of FR2052. There is a LAND SURVEY MARKER decal on an orange Carsonite post which bears N, 33" distant. Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes and yellow BEARING TREE tags. There is also an ATTENTION sign on the backside of the tree in the SW quadrant.
