In the front is the firebox door on the upper left used to feed the fire. Below is the ash door is on lower left to remove the ashes. The oven is in center with small clean out door below. On the right side is the water reservoir which keeps water warm/hot. The water reservoir provides ample humidity for wood heating.There are two warming ovens above where the chimney pipe goes up right behind them to keep the ovens warm. There are six burners on the oven top for cooking.
