This fire bell is on display along East Broad Street in downtown Eufala AL.
It is affixed to a steel frame that suggests the kind of bell structure it was housed in during its years as the Young Fire Company Bell.
A plaque at the foot of the structure reads as follows:
"FIRE BELL
From young fire company erected by E. C. C. Chapter and city of Eufaula
This bell sounded the fire alarm to call firefighters to duty
Circa 1880"
