Sitting in a shady, peaceful portion of tiny Berryville Square Park, this monument invites you to sit and reflect on the sacrifices that so many Carroll County residents have made over the years to protect our freedom. It is constructed completely of granite, and stands approximately 8' tall at its highest point, and approximately 8' wide.
