Ardmore City Hall is located in the three-story municipal building constructed in 1937 by the WPA. This is a blonde brick building which faces East and covers a full city block. A Fire Department addition has been added to the west side (rear) in later years.
The original windows have been replaced by brown tinted ones. The single window units on the first and third floors have a continuous stone sill. On the second level, the windows have individual stone sills. Beneath each second level window is a block of 66 soldier bricks separating it from the first level window. At the northeast and southeast corners of the building, the last two window units and two units on the south and 4 units on the north have stone friezes instead of the soldier bricks.
The main entrance is recessed beneath a projecting brick and stone entrance bay, with the words "MUNICIPAL BUILDING" in stone. The entrance is a double aluminum and glass unit.
The building houses all of the City of Ardmore's administrative offices and services, as well as the Municipal court.
