General comments: Ein großer Teil, der sich seit Jahren im Familienbesitz befindlichen Originale, aus dem Nachlass von Otto Manz, dem Chefkoch des Luftschiffs LZ 127 „Graf Zeppelin“ und dem ersten Koch der Luftfahrtgeschichte haben hier einen Ehrenplatz gefunden.

A large part of the originals, which have been in the possession of the family for many years, from the estate of Otto Manz, the chief cook of the airship LZ 127 "Graf Zeppelin" and the first cook of aviation history have found here a place of honor.
