Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present standard quarter corner bears S88.6°W from [T13S R10E S33] T14S R10E S4 3 SC COR, 2642' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 3" in a mound of stone
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?: There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals on an orange Carsonite post which bears W, 43" distant. Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.
What property is this mark defining?: Deschutes National Forest land S of the corner, else private property
