From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 5.4 miles to the intersection with Green Ridge Road. Turn right, then bear right onto Indian Ford Road, FR1102. Proceed 4.0 miles and turn left onto FR2050. Continue about 0.4 miles, bear left onto FR2052 and continue about 1.7 miles to the intersection with Cinder Butte Road, FR2052-400. Turn right and proceed 1.7 miles to Garrison Butte Road. Turn left and continue 0.2 miles to the corner on the left.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 2" in a collar of stone

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The closing corner is W, about 200' from the centerline of the road. There is a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign mounted on a U-post which bears N, 31" distant. Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.


What property is this mark defining?:
Deschutes National Forest land S of the corner, else private property
