Mural depicts relaxing on the Guadalupe River. The U.S. Health Department had declared Kerr County "The Healthiest Spot in the Nation", which prompted numerous summer youth camps.

Two children are seated on the riverbank (dangling their toes in the water?) as a small boat goes by. A woman with a parasol is walking nearby, and in the background is a large two story house.
