Das gotische Laubenhaus aus dem 15. Jahrhundert erhielt im Jahre 1541 durch Gregor Türing seine heutige Gestalt und Höhe. Es zeichnet sich durch den Lichtschacht, das steinerne Rundbogenportal sowie zwei prächtige Erker aus. Der linke Erker trägt die Wappen des Besitzers Johann von Trautson (um 1507-1559) und seiner Gattin aus dem Hause Madruzzo."

It was Gregor Türing who gave the Gothic house with arcades, dating from the 15th century, its present design and height in 1541. It is remarkable for the light well, the stone arched gate and two splendid oriel windows. The left oriel window bears the coat of arms of the owner Johann von Trauson (around 1507 to 1559) and his wife from the Madruzzo Family."
