Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present section corner bears N87.9°E from T14S R10E S5 4 8 9 COR, 5286' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 4" in a mound of stones

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There is an ATTENTION sign mounted on a green T-post which bears NNE, 13" distant. There are two U-posts. One, with no metal signs, bears N, 33" distant. The other, with a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign, bears W, 43" distant. Found four ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and ATTENTION signs on the backsides.
